To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊式齋菜舖

星期六下晝三點半，去到已經冇人，沒有午餐所以散叫，兩個人只可以叫兩三款菜式，先來個小碟齋滷味，正常味道，不過不失。鐵板燒鰻魚，食開齋鰻魚知道一定用紫菜，呢個除了紫菜以外，入面仲包住一舊齋火腿及馬蹄，功夫菜式，用三色椒及雜菇炒，熱辣辣上鐵板，十分野味。最後一個羅漢齋炒麵，面炸得好脆囗，上面鋪滿餸菜，餸多個面，冬菇都至少有四件以上，好飽肚。餐廳食物餸菜賣相不錯，味道濃郁，不過食完出門口唔夠10分鐘已經覺得非常口渴。
