To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這紅磚茶餐廳,坐落在大窩口已數十載,最近一兩年翻新過,保留的,只有舊式”茶樓”椅子、open kitchen。其餘的都是當今的standard茶記格局。估不到,那麼偏的地區,食客也不少。因為起身後還未吃東西,所以點些豐富的~午餐$23:牛油多士,火腿煎蛋、火腿蕃茄湯螺絲粉。等了好差不多十分鐘才上。好自然會覺得即叫即做,但多士和煎蛋都不是很熱。螺絲粉夠熱,但它不是茄湯,而是羅宋湯,令人覺得很求其。想吃蕃茄湯味,頓時失望。福建炒飯$38,賣相和一殷的不同,它很多菜柄粒、西蘭花。獻汁不是甜甜地的,很重豉油味。义燒粒,雞粒都是工工整整,不見肥肉粒。飯底炒得不夠,但感覺蛋香,和沒那麼油膩。這頓飯沒有令人回味的想法,反而吃完,再在這區逛逛,發現可到大窩口商場的舊檔吃吓噃!
