今次去咗上品烚啲溫暖又開心嘅食鍋體驗🍲，一坐低就點咗個必試嘅麻辣湯底，辣得啱啱好，又夠晒香，個湯滲入っ晒每樣食材裹面，啖啖都暖笠笠。講起個上品牛肉拼盤，嘩，簡直係眼前一亮！好多唔同嘅牛肉部位，切得薄薄地，一下就熟。食落去，口感係咁嘅彈牙，每一口都鮮嫩得滯。龍蝦同鱔片就更加驚喜，新鮮嘅龍蝦爽口得黎仲帶少少甜，鱔片嘅Q彈就完美搭檔，滑溜溜咁喺口裡化開。再講講小食，脆皮牛腩真係令人驚喜，脆皮啲聲音可以聽到，牛肉部分又唔會太硬，丁點疏失都無，食得出佢哋嘅爐火純青。至於脆皮芝士蝦丸，咬落去時裹面啲芝士拉絲拉到好過癮，蝦丸外層那層金黃酥脆簡直係大滿足😋。落底，呢間餐廳嘅氣氛正到不得了，啲員工又nice，整體嚟講，係暖笠笠同開心嘅一餐，絕對值得再嚟幾轉！👍🍽️
