出糧緊係要歎下食豪啲,所以我同朋友黎左食omakase,餐廳有2個來自日本的米芝蓮星級大廚,係正宗江戶前壽司,廚師選用日本時令季節食材,由日本豐洲市場新鮮直送香港,確保客人食到最鮮既食材😚餐廳有兩個獨立房間,私隱度高,適合包場,長廊以經典日本風格設計,燙門加入和風畫作,環境簡單而舒適👍前菜:枝豆すり流し (枝豆湯)枝豆湯味道鮮甜,平時淨係食枝豆做伴酒小食,真係第一次飲枝豆湯,健康得黎又好味Sakura set包括刺身同12件壽司等,アカマイ (赤身)肉質厚嫩,輕輕沾wasabi同豉油亦增加左味道刺激感,至於カスゴ (春子鯛)既口感則較黏勁,味道較,偏向爽身既肉同清甜,カツオ (鰹魚)廚師則自家制醬汁調製,因此味道較濃郁同出,コハダ (小肌)我都好中意食,壽司飯有加製過,其實唔洗豉油都得,材料新鮮,質感較煙韌,白エビと雲丹海膽好正呀!食完幸福感滿滿,特別我自己係海膽fans,第一次用呢個方法去品嘗海膽,係幾難忘既!❤️❤️
