同非常鍾意食辣嘅朋友食團年飯,朋友話帶我去食舌尖上的重慶火鍋,雖然我唔好食辣,既然朋友介紹到就一於去試下。餐廳唔算大但勝在座位夠闊落,兩個人都安排咗卡位,坐得舒適。入座即送上雪耳紅棗糖水滋潤一下。點咗雙拼鴛鴦鍋,山珍菌湯鍋湯底清菇味濃,鮮菇份量多。普通辣大紅鍋,花椒八角味濃,辣油香不算太辣。美國安格斯肥牛牛味濃,肉質嫩滑。凍豆腐豆味香濃,蜂巢效果出色,吸盡湯嘅精華。牛丸有陳皮味、墨魚丸有墨魚粒夠鮮甜、蝦丸彈牙,但份量少。鵝腸爽脆有油香味但唔夠肥。白鱔片肉質爽脆,但份量少。現炸豆皮炸得香脆,質地唔似魚皮及響鈴般一浸湯就淋,既吸有湯嘅精華又有脆嘅口感,值得一試。紅糖糍粑外脆内軟,口感輕韌,甜味適中,黑白芝麻香口。
入座即送上雪耳紅棗 糖水滋潤一下。
