今日專程黎試試久仰大名嘅penthouse,米芝連星級餐廳,真係十分興奮。未黎之前已經知道呢度嘅Deviled crab cake十分出名好味!作為鐘意食蟹嘅我黎講,呢個頭盤簡直好似令我我琼呑一隻肉蟹入口,鮮甜,蟹肉新鮮嘅感覺,令人意猶未盡。值得一提係頭盤前嘅麥餐包,外層脆,內裡酥軟。主菜我揀左44 degree slow-cook akaroa king salmon ,慢煮嘅口感好特別!魚肉嫩滑到似果凍,入口溶化!伴碟嘅帶子同樣係慢煮嘅烹煮方式,半生但熟,令海鮮嘅味道發揮到極致。為舌頭開左派對嘅一晚,值得再黎嘅餐廳
