2022.10.22 dinner 無端端去咗食fine dining 😅 訂位時都冇發覺係咁 fine dining feel 嘅餐廳,只留意到環境幾好又有得係openrice 訂位就揀咗。 因為食早飯,坐抵後,整間餐廳加埋我倆都係得兩枱,餐廳環境本身已好舒服,坐位亦算寬闊,所以坐得好舒服,但冇乜客,加上可能近年太少食fine dinning,我倆感到有少少拘謹🤪 坐低冇耐,服務員用車仔送上餐前小沙律,好特別,有生番茄加個檸檬,番茄有個名堂,但我唔記得咗🤪 之後就為我哋嘅碟放上橄欖油、醋、再加少少海鹽,教我哋切開檸檬搾少少汁落去先切番茄點嚟食,呢種食法真係第一次,我好鐘意,至於女友,好免強試咗一塊😂 因為佢唔鐘意食番茄😂 睇一輪餐牌,女友話決定叫二人餐,有南瓜湯同洋蔥湯,我哋兩個都要洋蔥湯,前菜就⋯⋯有八款揀四款,有一款檸檬蜂蜜烤甜薯冇,話轉左煙三文魚,仲開心😃女友至愛😁 主菜揀咗波菜蘑菇烤鱸魚 & 油封鴨配法式雜菜薯菜伴香橙醬汁。法式洋蔥湯到,算幾香,我倆就覺得唔需要放個幾條幾搶味嘅青菜仔落去,令到個洋蔥湯味加多少少另一種味,飲飲吓有時會有一兩啖個個味😝四款頭盤到,好靚好別緻😊 講

四款頭盤到,好靚好別緻😊 講咗黑松露醃製野菌:唔錯,食落都有黑松露香味。 薄切帶子就差少少,真係幾薄,得兩塊,面頭放咗好似啲黑魚子🤔 都係搶咗少少味,攪到完全食唔到帶子鮮味。,定係帶子唔夠鮮,我哋都唔知lu🤨
