今日同老婆去開黃埔,到咗午飯時間大家都想飲🫖食下點心,於是係openrice搵到呢間酒樓‘’會所1號 博藝會‘’。懷舊油渣銀針粉煲(半份) $105銀針粉用煲上枱,份量多可以分為6️⃣小碗。材料除咗銀針粉,仲有油渣、肉碎、蔥花及勁多芫茜,銀針粉口感爽彈滑溜,湯底有醬油、芫茜及肉香味,十分惹味😋。蝦餃 $46蝦餃🦐一口一粒,蝦肉爽口彈牙,鮮甜味美有蝦味😋。生煎墨魚餅 $46墨魚餅🦑兩煎成金黃色🟡,肉餅混有粟米粒🌽,墨魚肉香粟米清甜,加上口感彈牙,特別好食😋。蟹籽燒賣皇 $40.8豬肉🐖餡料飽滿,肉味香濃又帶肉汁,唔錯🥰。黑椒金錢肚 $40.8面層勁多黑胡椒,金錢肚(出面有部分茶樓會提供毛肚當金錢肚🥲)軟腍入味,充滿黑椒香味😋。薑蔥牛柏葉 $40.8牛柏葉混有好多薑絲及蔥絲🥰,調味啱啱好又煮得入味,不過純粹個人口味,我偏愛煮得再軟腍少少🥰。豉汁蒸鳳爪、香煎蘿蔔糕及香滑奶黃包 $35.8/碟小點3️⃣個小點水準正常,上枱時熱辣辣🔥,唔錯🤗。總括而言,地方環境一流,又唔會坐得好逼,可以舒舒服服飲茶嘆點心。
