一年一度嘅工會週年大會,在紅磡嘅博藝會the one舉行,期間除咗開會之外還有一頓豐富嘅飲宴,又有大抽獎。論到博藝會裏面嘅食淆,十分之豐富。有皮脆肉滑的乳豬,有夠火喉嘅燉湯,有雙蚌炒甜豆,有我最鐘意百花釀蟹鉗,有新鮮蒸魚,有鮑魚炆鵝掌,有炒飯,有龍蝦炒伊麵,最後有美味甜品。真係開心,又食又拎(抽獎)。🤪

大年三十book臺年夜飯,七點到全場入住率九成左右,落order到第一个送上臺等左半個鐘,第二個送再過多二十分鐘先上,第三個送發財好市又等多二十分鐘,之後就dllm再冇上過送,崔左四五次都系話幇緊你。隔離臺甜品等左成个鈡崔左幾次冇上,暴曬粗甘走左。食物質素糟糕,懷疑系廚師冇返工,洗碗阿姐臨時頂上。發財好市上到黎冇發菜,叫个部長黎投訴,十幾分鐘后達左撇凍的發菜上去,全盤都系凍。脆皮燒雞凍曬硬曬。花枝西蘭花擺盤好似食剩甘。蝦子炆伊面冇蝦子冇冬菇得一撇耗油,生炒糯米飯痴成一坨凍到硬晒。草菇扒菠菜d菠菜老到蔗渣甘。幾十歲人食過最差一餐晚宴。

老竇生日嚟咗呢間club one訂咗一圍$8888,大部份餸菜都沒有大問題,雖然覺得性價比唔高,說不上好食,但不過不失,但上龍蝦嘅時候發覺就好唔對板,好似隔夜餸番叮一樣,咬落完全唔彈口,一啲新鮮感都無,同樓面反映情況,叫廚師試下味睇下廚師點講,回復話廚師試過完全冇問題,噉嘅回復我都冇乜好講,廚師應該好少食龍蝦,碟餸放埋一邊,無謂辛苦自己,雖然樓面服務態度都幾好,想平息件事,又話送支紅酒畀我,但我都拒絕了,用行動表明不滿,下次一定唔會再嚟。
