今天來到鑽石山荷李活廣場三樓的「鵞鱻館」食晚餐,餐廳名字很特別。查查字典,原來是「鵝鮮館」的異體字。顧名思義,這餐廳主打“鵝”。這餐廳裝修簇新,佈置得非常雅緻,尤其是儼如小廂房一般的卡位,我最喜歡。到這裏來,當然要嚐嚐招牌菜------燒鵝。“燒鵝皇(例牌)”,一大隻燒鵝髀,酥脆外皮,甘香可口,肉質特別嫩滑肥美,肉汁豐富,是必食之選。“杏片黑醋銀鱈魚”,肉質鮮嫩的銀鱈魚,外面包粉漿炸脆,外脆內軟,加上黑甜醋和香脆的杏仁片,有出奇好的口感,讓人食出驚喜來。“台南高山手撕雞”,有手撕雞肉,爽口的雲耳,酸甜青瓜,微辣惹味。雖是冷盤前菜,仍然有質素。“冬瓜冰粉”,附送的甜品,味道卻奇佳。用冬瓜蓉加冰粉製成,清甜冰凍,滋潤可口。能夠在舒適的環境下享用高質素菜餚,真是人生一大快事。
