「The Hunter」在將軍澳海濱公園旁,望出去視野寬闊,裝潢以藍與白的色調設計,度假風十足。午市有3 course 套餐可選擇,lunch set有前菜、主菜和甜品另包含一杯飲品。🥗The Hunter Shrimp Salad清脆的青木瓜絲,搭配酸辣醬汁,很開胃。蝦肉不多,以畫龍點睛為主🤣。🥗Nicoise Salad新鮮生菜搭配厚切炙燒吞拿魚,外加個半熟蛋,份量十足。吞拿魚很嫩很美味,醬汁口味偏鹹。🐟 Sea Bream香煎鯛魚外皮很酥脆,魚肉新鮮彈牙,份量適中。底下是茄子厚切,搭配番茄醬汁,口感酸甜十分清爽。🥩 21 Day Dry Age Ribeye牛扒煎的恰到好處,外皮散發誘人的焦香,口感酥脆。牛肉切開呈現粉嫩色澤,medium的熟度口感很嫩。整塊牛扒油脂適中,相當出色。一旁薯條也很美味,現炸的口感酥脆又邪惡。整體而言,餐廳環境舒適,餐點都有不錯表現,適合三五好友聚會或悠閒享用餐點的好地方。
