今次介紹嘅呢一間扒房已經開業咗好多年,小編都聽過唔少次佢嘅名,終於今次黎到食😎雖然係一間扒房,但係佢牛扒嘅選擇唔算多,只有安格斯牛嘅三個部位可供選擇🥺亦有數個豬、羊、魚扒嘅選擇😗餐廳採用開放式廚房,食客可以望到炭爐,而每一次廚師放塊扒落去都會見到燒起熊熊烈火😂—《 #燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉》$428 16安士嘅肉眼扒份量都幾巨大,牛扒兩面都燒到好明顯嘅格仔紋,有焦香嘅味道😀order咗Medium Rare, 切開中間非常粉嫩,一路切亦不斷有肉汁流出😇依塊扒肉汁飽滿,不過好可惜因為筋位頗多,而且脂肪集中哂係邊位,影響左口感,肉質亦偏靭🥹另外可以附加兩隻虎蝦(+$58),大大隻嘅蝦肉夠哂彈牙而且味道不錯,值得追加🦐而配菜嘅黑松露薯蓉份量比較少,味道不過不失,還好牛扒份量大,兩個人share食都好滿足🥸—《 #三文魚他他配香草乳酪汁》$138煙三文魚粒混和咗乳酪同刁草,表面再放上咗一隻溫泉蛋,再摻咗香蔥同蟹籽,令到味道同口感都非常豐富且清新👍🏼另有兩條炭爐烘過嘅脆身多士,用以蘸起他他食用🤡

16安士嘅肉眼扒份量都幾巨大,牛扒兩面都燒到好明顯嘅格仔紋,有焦香嘅味道😀order咗Medium Rare, 切開中間非常粉嫩,一路切亦不斷有肉汁流出😇依塊扒肉汁飽滿,不過好可惜因為筋位頗多,而且脂肪集中哂係邊位,影響左口感,肉質亦偏靭🥹

另外可以附加兩隻虎蝦(+$58),大大隻嘅蝦肉夠哂彈牙而且味道不錯,值得追加🦐而配菜嘅黑松露薯蓉份量比較少,味道不過不失,還好牛扒份量大,兩個人share食都好滿足🥸
