今日朋友帶我去咗佐敦一間私房菜吃火鍋..「Hot Pot 熱‧海鮮火鍋私房菜」位於佐敦道新寶廣場5樓…. 環境很舒適…而且一入門口就有個打卡位🤪😆胡椒老壇酸菜白肉鍋，個湯底都幾香濃，白肉好厚身，份量亦都唔少⋯⋯不錯！牛白肉即是牛胸爽是比較少見的部位，Hot pot熱也有🫢 看似肥膩,其實口感爽脆,勒勁十足！美國黑豚肉片…都好鮮！手打丸拼..2人最合適.. 每款2粒….啲肉丸都好新鮮…尤其鹹蛋黃豬肉丸，好好味！

胡椒老壇酸菜白肉鍋，個湯底都幾香濃，白肉好厚身，份量亦都唔少⋯⋯不錯！

牛白肉即是牛胸爽是比較少見的部位，Hot pot熱也有🫢 看似肥膩,其實口感爽脆,勒勁十足！

美國黑豚肉片…都好鮮！手打丸拼..2人最合適.. 每款2粒….啲肉丸都好新鮮…尤其鹹蛋黃豬肉丸，好好味！
