來到觀塘智選假日酒店一樓的 Walter Bistro 餐廳,在門前也看到高樓底的優勢,以 Tiffany blue 裝修時尚法式設計配襯白色雲石枱令人感覺雅緻及奢華。店員招待客人入座後端上每位一盅花旗參燉湯~熱氣騰騰又香噴噴,味道清甜可口,非常潤喉。這裏的半自助晚餐有各式各款的選擇,有冷盤丶沙律菜式丶日式壽司丶熟食丶生果丶甜品丶movenpick雪糕丶最討人歡迎的是即叫即做的窩夫等等,總之令你口福大增。而我喝完熱湯後,選了凍蝦~大大隻蝦爽口又清甜;沙白蜆~較細隻但很飽滿,粒粒彈牙;火炙金槍魚~新鮮嫩滑有咬感;麵包蟹~ 蟹肉飽滿又鮮味,蟹黃豐盈,濃濃海水味,啖啖也是膏,蟹膏結實又甘甜,令人垂涎欲滴回味無窮;太飽了,我的胃只能勉強再放下幾塊西瓜和菠蘿來完結這頓坐得舒適又開心的自助晚餐。
