To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天來到時代廣場我最喜歡的餐廳,這是第三次了。餐廳環境舒適,佈置優美,擺盤精緻,餐具顯用心。魷魚炸得外脆內軟,點上醬汁口感細膩,必食之選!燒豬頸肉串爽口彈牙,配韓式辣味醬汁,惹味非常,蝦片更畫龍點睛。黑松露鮮蝦椰菜花鹹蛋薄餅——口味清新有驚喜,薄餅邊上有黑松露,香氣撲鼻。薄批皮脆,加上鹹蛋黃與火箭菜味道相襯。美國西冷配秘製京醬,牛肉軟腍,唯醬汁與高級牛肉不搭,味道豉椒滑牛肉。Happy hour不少酒類有特價,值得一試。
