星期五一家人到出外晚餐,素聞「船長意法日餐廳」是性格比高的西日餐廳,而且食物款式選擇多,所以便慕名而來。餐廳環境緊貼主題,白色的磚壁上掛滿了錨、掌舵及水泡外,還有燈塔的壁畫,讓我置身於船隻的甲板上。如果店員的製服都變成水手裝,感覺應該更加有趣。安坐在寬敞的卡位座,倍感舒適。餐牌上的選擇繁多,西式和日式的菜色皆我所愛,我們仨決定點選2個豐盛一人套餐,再加其他小食,以滿足為食的我們。前菜為白湯+雜菜沙律,白湯份量非常大碗,忌廉濃稠,湯內有粒粒煙肉和火腿,也算不錯;雜菜沙律的雜菜新鮮爽脆,配上芝香胡麻醬,很滋味噢。套餐加$5就可以轉為特飲,所以我們點了<菠蘿賓治>及<巨峰梳打啫喱冰>各一。菠蘿賓治的味道清甜解渴,菠蘿果肉佔了半杯賓治,非常refresh;巨峰梳打啫喱冰相對較濃甜,除了提子香氣,還有嚼勁十足的巨峰啫喱,飲到底,啫喱還餘大半,十分滋味。過不久後,小食<蒜香牛柳粒>、<脆香南瓜薯餅>便來到了。蒜香牛柳粒經蒜爆後,十分惹味,牛柳粒軟腍,吸收了洋蔥的香甜,入口肉香濃烈,除了牛柳粒,我們把洋蔥也吃光光;脆香南瓜薯餅砌成8小塊
