To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人常來幫襯，極度鍾愛PS1 辣肉腸意粉，它有香濃的蕃茄醬及香蒜味道，我試過一星期連續2日午餐都買這個意粉，可想而知，我對這意粉有幾深刻印象。今日沒想到買外賣午餐有15% off 都満心歡喜，可是回去打開外賣盒令人真心生氣，原本是鋪満整盒意粉的肉腸只有一半分量？味道跟汁醬都可以減半？15% off 姐， 食物內容及味道都可以比平常50% off？味道很淡、也沒有平常的香濃蕃茄及香蒜味，完全失去這個意粉應有的特色，這樣點樣對得住熟客呢？良心又在那？
