捉緊春天嘅尾巴,趁天氣仲有少少涼意,去食雞煲先~~(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)入到餐廳店員會主動提供一個盤裝咗熱水,俾我哋用嚟洗餐具,細心👍🏻👍🏻醬芥每位$12,有乾辣椒、麻醬、蔥、蒜片、蒜蓉、辣椒粒、豉油同埋辣油俾客人自行調配適合自己口味嘅醬料,如果唔需要醬芥,應該可以同店員講嘅~三個人叫咗半隻雞,唔係好夠喉🤣下次都係叫多啲先~有朋友推介雞髀肉,啖啖肉好正,都mark咗下次要嗌😋雞煲炒到香噴噴先上枱,唔食芫荽嘅話記得要提早同店員講!!同行友人個個都唔食芫荽,最後我哋自己夾返晒出嚟😆雞煲入邊有豬皮,超級入味!食到咁上下可以揀定湯底打邊爐,我哋覺得雞煲已經好夠味,所以叫咗清湯,冇揀到特別湯底~牛魔王包括有靚牛皇、安格斯、牛柳粒、黑柏葉、牛脷同埋牛白肉(牛胸)。白雪雪嗰啲應該係牛胸,未食嗰陣以為會好油膩,原來係爽口架,好香口,唔錯~咁多款牛牛🐮嚟講,牛脷最好食🤤唔駛煮太耐,又有口感,食咗一轉個個都話牛脷好味(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)鵝腸都唔駛煮太耐,記得要拎個湯勺裝住,如果唔係好難搵得返。我哋都搵好耐先搵得返啲鵝腸出嚟🤣大約有10條左右~仲有食四寶丸,食到中途先記得影😆分別有四款丸(金沙魚蛋、火辣牛丸、芝心

仲有食四寶丸,食到中途先記得影😆分別有四款丸(金沙魚蛋、火辣牛丸、芝心丸同埋爆炸魚籽球)。金沙魚蛋係喺魚蛋入邊有流心咸蛋黃,個人覺得幾特別😋佢啲丸唔常見,出邊好少食到呢隻味~

打邊爐當然要叫啲菜解膩~娃娃菜好入味,唔駛點豉油,淨係靠湯底已經好夠味道🤤
叫咗一支竹蔗茅根,同朋友一齊飲好快就飲晒。雖然偏甜咗少少,但係打邊爐飲竹蔗茅根可以清下熱~
