To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

▪️上海排骨擔擔麵 ($44)我點左花生湯底小辣🌶 我係食得辣嘅人 所以覺得小辣好似唔辣🙊 個🥜湯底好香麻醬味麵質彈牙 但就唔係好掛到汁個排骨炸得酥脆 肉質唔會嚡我食左大半就覺得好飽同埋有少膩▪️👑龍川小籠包 (4隻) ($32)即叫即蒸！食嘅時候要小心湯汁 唔好淥親個小龍包有好多湯汁🤩 略嫌個皮有少少少少厚 但又正正因為塊皮厚少少 所以可以鎖住d湯汁😋 點埋d醋食更好味👍🏻▪️蒜泥白肉 ($40)佢用生蒜 所以會有少少微辣 好惹味 配埋青瓜絲食會減少油膩感▪️跟餐會送紙包飲品/凍白豆漿一杯我每次食擔擔麵都會飲豆漿🥛😚～-總括而言：係抵食嘅 值得一試😋但因為位置有d唔就腳 所以我未必會再去了-💰: $40-80/person
