To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於港大Main Campus附近的金祥排骨麵, 對曾經在港大讀書的我, 一點也不陌生, 光顧它對我來說就是找回讀書時的青蔥歲月, 特別是不在Main Campus讀書的我, 非常珍惜可以到Main Campus上Boarding Course的時間. 多年不見, 它依然保持當日的裝橫, 如見到老朋友般親切.它最出名的是排骨水餃麵, 排骨肉質嫩滑而我且肉汁豐富, 沒有有油膉味也沒有豬羶味, 只是兩邊的外皮炸得未夠香脆, 打了少少折扣. 雲吞內裡的菜肉餡足料, 外型大大粒而且皮夠薄身, 單吃也是絕對合格的水平. 大大件排骨還有四粒大大粒雲吞, 加上菜膽和上海幼麵, 四十多元甚為超值. 腐皮鯪魚肉卷炸出來的外表爽脆, 比排骨更有驚喜, 原內裡囗感一咬軟綿綿再咬彈牙的鯪魚肉, 相映成趣.
