To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入咗鴨脷洲大街探索，口痕想食吓越南菜，發現餐廳選擇唔多，就求其入咗越大哥搵食個人最鍾意的越南菜就係香茅豬扒飯，見呢度有得食就梗係試吓手勢啦老實講宜家平過60蚊的香茅豬扒飯已經買少見少，見到52蚊都打咗個突本來期望都唔大，打算醫完肚就走人點知一上菜就見到隻心型煎蛋, 即刻加咗唔少分香茅豬扒飯 $52隻蛋正就不在話下啦，重點係豬扒肥瘦得宜，肉有咬口之餘都有少少肥，令到成舊肉食落好香，份量亦好足，差忍唔住叫多份豬扒飯就略嫌有少少硬，可以比翻多少少水落去煲街坊價錢嚟講，真係無估到可以咁好食，入鴨脷洲的朋友可以嚟試吓，真心推薦
