To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有緣份便可成為朋友!這夜就相約好友們跟沒見幾年的一位朋友相聚,吃著惹味雞煲飲大杯檸茶來渡過開心一夜。選了位於太子的亞南雞煲!原來店家已經開業十多年我還是第一次來幫襯。店家有名你叫主打雞煲配搭組合有十多款之多!如果有選擇困難症的話真的要早些揀定喔。熱到一個點先來杯凍檸檬茶$33消消暑!大大杯凍檸檬茶永遠也是我的最愛飲品,雖然沒得點走甜但少甜喝下去也不錯,除了檸檬之外還有一片青檸多了份清香我喜歡啊。吃雞煲前先來一點前菜解饞!尖椒皮蛋$52帶上微辣的滋味,配菜是爽脆的青瓜所以口感十足。接下來這客冰鎮墨魚鬚$65我超級喜歡!麻香辣的味道吃下份外吸引,加上墨魚味道鮮味好吃到停不了口啊。喜歡吃香口美食我推介這個油炸鬼拼蝦多士$62!蝦多士佈滿香口芝麻粒,咬下去香脆不油膩加上彈牙蝦膠好惹味,另外脆卜卜的油炸鬼亦釀入了蝦膠,不論放湯或當小食吃也風味十足。這兒除了雞煲海鮮亦有不少選擇!我們就選了香口的椒鹽鮑魚$336/7隻,鮑魚經過酥炸之後仍然保持鮮嫩口感,但就多了椒鹽的香口惹味比清蒸又別有一番韻味。吃過豐富的前菜之後這刻我們要開動吃雞煲了!我們選了兩款雞煲先品嚐冬瓜瑤柱花甲煲$628/大,好友是熟客仔

除了彈性香甜的鮮雞外還有超大隻的肥美沙白蜆,自問煮飯年資不少但也很少見這麼大隻的沙白,肥美飽滿又爆汁鮮味非常出色。

率先當然要嘆一碗冬瓜瑤柱雞湯,喝前記得將面層的雞油撇走哦!雞湯帶上點點蜆肉鮮味好香甜,內裏索盡湯頭的冬瓜片更是這雞煲的精髓呢。

而喜歡吃辣的朋友另外點上花膠雞煲$308/細!內裏已包括半隻厚肉的冰鮮三黃雞,貪吃的我們還另外加上7隻日本帶子$224,令這個雞煲增添鮮味及豐富感。

日本帶子用的是刺身級貨色,不用烹至全熟吃下非常軟滑鮮甜,內裏有不少花膠口感煙靭好養顏,冰鮮雞當然沒有新鮮那麼肉甜,但配合上自家辣醬就變得特別可口惹味。

將這肥美的竹笙放在瑤柱冬瓜雞煲中,當它索盡了濃郁雞湯後賣相更加飽滿,吃下去湯汁在口內爆發加上爽脆口感真的太令人神往了。
