To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

搵一間可以傾到計又可以飲返兩杯又有好多嘢食嘅地方就發現到依度啦。環境比較幽靜，燈光氣氛柔和，超令人舒適。叫咗一份蜜瓜巴馬火腿，生果非常新鮮甜味適中完全感受到佢係用心選擇嘅個生果，高巴馬火腿鹹味適中，加埋新鮮嘅沙律菜口感非常豐富。水牛城雞翼，本身自己非常非常咁鍾意食雞翼，啲雞翼係新鮮製作，炸得非常之脆，內裏又非常之嫩，面頭再淋埋自家製嘅芝士醬，very good冇得挑剔。蒜香蜆肉蘆筍白酒煮意粉，黎到都好香蒜味，入邊有蘆筍，蜆肉，蘑菇，蜆肉味道都幾鮮甜，個意粉汁調校得幾好，食落都好好味。最後叫咗個火腿煙肉香辣腸嘅Pizza，佢個Pizza底唔會太厚，食落口感好好完全係一個正宗嘅Pizza份量同口感。
