To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛看到 G鋒介紹,所以晚飯就選擇在此買外賣。原來此處是 HKU 同學的飯堂,很同學食晏還晚餐都再次解決。招牌名叫得做排骨麵,所以一定要試排骨麵。排骨即叫即炸,非常香脆,雖然炸物一定多油,但沒有肥肉,怕肥都唔怕食。再叫雲吞麵,上海海雲吞是菜肉餡,十分足料,皮薄但沒有爛皮,手工精巧。做得上海麵,麵底當然重要,粗幼一致,彈牙有口感。湯底亦不俗,有味但不太鹹,送麵易入口。最重要的是,小店除了有小店風味,亦是黃店,滿載人情味和良知。
