To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今餐我覺得係色香味俱全大餐🌈👃🥢見到其他foodie介紹營致會館,見到menu都吸引就去食個中式聖誕大餐⛄🌲價錢$880一位另加一,需要提前一兩日預訂。由上第一道菜開始至鮑魚荷葉飯,我都會話好香呀🧖味道更加是出色,難怪連續攞三年米芝蓮。每一道菜都出色,要數最正就係官燕鷓鴣羹🦆,將鷓鴣肉打到變蓉,要加上上湯及一大匙官燕,好甜,好滋潤,好補身😌如果日日食一碗身體應該好健康😂燒雲腿海参乳鴿脯🕊️係另一道要highlight 既菜,因為佢既鴿肉嫩滑到似食嫩牛咁樣,加上餵到好入味既海參配上甜甜地又炸過既雲腿,每樣輪流咬一啖好正😌不過其中一舊鴿肉係帶皮,所以都會令到個餸有小小油,但絕對可接受。瑤柱花膠扒柚皮又係正到爆,又係一黎就已經聞到好香,之後個柚皮完全無苦澀味而且吸收哂個高湯汁,連埋d瑤柱絲同埋花膠一齊食好掂,e個餸個主角係d汁同柚皮,食完一份係可以再食第二份😆營致甜品入面三款甜品都高質,適合飲住茶慢慢歎,絕對係小甜岩港人好味同埋好傳統,配合到個主題。以上四款菜係我覺得成個set入面最值得highlight 既,以下既好味但未至於好難忘:窩貼大蝦🦐佢下面個底唔係白麵包而係配芋頭,都夾既,隻蝦好大

窩貼大蝦🦐佢下面個底唔係白麵包而係配芋頭,都夾既,隻蝦好大隻都好爽,蓮藕餅有豬肉味但我就唔係好食到有蝦味。

古法白肉星班球🐟(即係東星班蒸豆腐配冬菇絲,豬肉絲,紅棗絲)材料新鮮加上有火喉控制,梗係好味啦。

翡翠龍穿鳳翼🐣係起哂骨既雞翼入面讓左雲腿同筍(應該係)
,只能說係功夫菜,但味道冇太大驚喜。

鮑魚荷葉飯隻鮑魚有鮮味,飯入面有冬菇雞肉瑤柱絲,飯粒濕潤索哂味。

總體黎講佢真係做得好到位,成個menu基本上大部分肉類都有食(除左牛同羊),賣相同味道俱備,同其他高級中菜廳一樣,除咗賣相好presentable之外,餐具(碗碟)都幾靚,可以有下次。
