香港人工作忙碌有時候都要放鬆心情,舒緩一下辛勞。今晚便和朋友去食日本菜有日本特色的味道樂居酒屋,餐廳裝潢很有東瀛風味,內部陳設的枱櫈、牆身都是木為主,每個角落都經過悉心佈置,擺設十分精緻有日本酒樽、懷舊海報及玩具,打造出傳統居酒屋的格局,令人置身在日本感覺。我們看了餐牌有很多不同選擇,我和朋友都很喜愛吃串燒和燒物所以今晚主點了不少,當然不少得我最愛三文魚籽。三文魚籽$78大大粒三文魚籽,好香脆,啖啖鮮味好新鮮。煙肉荔枝卷$48煙肉本身咸香味重,荔枝卷在內,甜味中和了整體味道,食落有層次感。鐵板牛油煎黑松露帆立貝 $88帆立貝煎得很入味陣陣牛油和黑松露香氣,咬落口感爽口,濃濃黑松露籠睪在口腔裡。贊!蒜香鹽燒赤海蝦 $98赤海蝦面頭全是蒜香鹽燒,咬落蝦殻面層已經很惹味,蝦肉爽身彈牙。芝麻雞翼 $58面層炸到脆卜卜,而且雞肉嫩滑。鹽燒翠玉瓜 $38燒的很適中,鹽燒翠玉瓜已經調味,清清地不錯。鹽秋葵 $38燒得乾身,食落脆口。最後當然舒緩一下點了一個柚子雪葩$ 28原來老闆主廚是個有豐富料理經驗,不但烹飪技巧出眾對食材的挑選亦十分講究,亦不時創作新菜式,為客人帶來不斷的新鮮感。下次也會再來試試
