To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為吃厭了老麥,這天早餐轉了吃大快活早餐。看到餐牌圖片十分吸引,我便叫了這個原價$28.5的牛扒炒蛋餐,再用$7.5加了個雪菜肉絲米。甫取餐,牛扒香味和炒蛋的色澤就鎖住我的視線,害我還沒拍照就偷吃了。牛扒極少脂肪,啖啖肉,且少筋,基於黑椒的關係,味道也不錯,沒有雪藏味。至於炒蛋,炒得不錯,但略嫌有點老。另外,我轉了瑤柱蘿蔔糕,這也做得不錯,不會太多粉和油,如果份量多一點會更好。至於雪菜肉絲米則一般,湯底太濃了,嚐不到雪菜味,而且要加$7.5,有點不值。整體來說,這個早餐的質素是不錯的,但如果不加粉麵就不夠飽,食量大的朋友要衡量價錢和份量。
