Quail 煎得香,岩岩好係粉色,夠哂tender夠哂juicy! 加上好淋好silky既foie gras,十分眼前一亮!再食埋側邊既野菌,配上香滑既招牌菜-薯蓉簡直一流!十分推薦!
到beef係唔需要花力氣去切,好淋好juicy!! medium rare, 每次一啖加埋foie gras簡直係無憾!但易飽人士要注意,beef & foie gras食2啖已經會飽哂。
