早排發現意粉屋有新推出的菜式--流心芝士法國春雞伴烤新薯及香草忌廉野菜。介紹話流心芝士係由三種芝士整成。見到個廣告已經流曬口水,最近終於去左試~切開之後可以見倒芝士的顏色較平時見的深,有少少流心的效果,睇得出落足料。食落特別香濃,而且有回甘,配雞肉真系好正。配菜亦做得唔錯,新薯口感爽嫩,如果細切或採用口感軟腍的焗薯更佳。另外仲叫左個升級版的龍蝦湯。湯入面有唔少龍蝦碎粒,熱飲OK,放涼之後味道偏苦。

流心芝士法國春雞係銅鑼灣新店限定的,所以今次特地去左翡翠明珠廣場。唔去唔知果度開左個Food court【Festiva】,除左意粉屋之外,仲有另外好幾間食店。選擇多之餘,環境都唔錯,以後又多一個聚腳點囉~
