To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日本芝士蛋糕（1.5分)硬弸弸的，連叉子也很艱難才插得入，當叉子插入蛋糕後，拿起叉子就成件蛋糕也一同升起了。也怪不得等了十多分鐘才送到。最近兩次在壽司郎吃朱古力香莓芭菲，那些莓也是解凍不夠的。另一次，在點壽司吃的白桃芭菲，白桃大件但差不多沒有解凍的。看來不少壽司店的解凍功夫都有待改進了。山盛赤海蝦吞拿蓉軍艦（3分）有赤蝦、吞拿魚蓉和些少三文魚子，好吃，不過紫菜淋了。濃厚生朱古力（4分）朱古力也濃郁，質感幼滑。北寄貝沙律（2.5分）這個一般。飛魚子（2分）一般般的。葱香脆蒜海鮮（3分）不錯。元氣卷（3分）外面大件的三文魚包着，入口也美味。蟹肉蟹膏（3.5分）蟹膏味比較出，蟹肉不算很多也一般。香水檸檬大切三文魚（3分）平宜又不錯。
