To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

韓國料理第三回，這星期吃了數回韓式料理，滿滿韓國感店子主打芝士鐵板和石頭鍋，熱熱的飯，令人暖心，感到快樂。水冷面冷面冰涼為夏日添加涼意，滿滿的泡菜，蘿白，水冷面彈牙鐵板芝士排骨芝士拉絲，很多的排骨，韓式豬手傳統韓式豬手，咬口足，又有生菜。這可中和豬腳咸味，滿滿彈牙，骨膠原之快樂。韓國傳統主吃，有韓式風味。小食之美味韓式傳統石頭飯韓國紫菜包飯，流行的韓國料理，彈牙香口白米飯，和各種韓國材料，芽菜，泡菜，羅白和青瓜。放進飯中，整體風味和用料滿滿韓式風味的麻油香拌飯，五顏六色的繽紛。韓國料理，地道上之感。
