Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次飲完酒就好想食啲湯湯水水嘅嘢 所以就想食湯飯 叫咗佢嘅lunch 海鮮豆腐湯飯嚟食 覺得幾唔錯! 首先啲飯都幾粒粒分明 唔會係好爛個啲飯 然後個湯啲豆腐好嫩好滑 海鮮就冇話好多但樣樣都有少少咁 兩粒青口 一啲八爪魚碎 仲有啲翠肉瓜咁 個湯辣辣地幾開胃 唔錯 價錢都合理 外賣之選!

土瓜灣有間抵食又親民嘅韓食餐廳,真係唔可以錯過。我地坐了卡位,都幾闊落。叫咗幾款野食share😙韓式豬手係必試嘅招牌菜。豬手煮得非常軟腍,配埋自家製嘅醬汁,味道濃郁,絕對係啖啖滋味。韓式芝士排骨真係芝士控嘅天堂。排骨煮到肉質嫩滑,配上濃郁嘅芝士,鐵板上溶化嘅芝士,造成拉絲芝士。小食吉列炸蝦紫菜卷配柚子醬,呢款炸蝦紫菜卷外皮炸得金黃酥脆,配上特製嘅柚子醬,酸甜開胃。韓式炒年糕係一道經典嘅街頭小吃,年糕彈牙有嚼勁,配上魚糕,辣醬濃郁香辣。韓式泡菜同涼拌菠菜係必備嘅小菜,泡菜辣中帶酸,開胃醒神;涼拌菠菜清新爽口,兩者都係非常好嘅配菜選擇。飲品方面,樂天蘆薈汁同韓國梨子汁都係清新嘅好選擇。

韓國料理第三回,這星期吃了數回韓式料理,滿滿韓國感店子主打芝士鐵板和石頭鍋,熱熱的飯,令人暖心,感到快樂。水冷面冷面冰涼為夏日添加涼意,滿滿的泡菜,蘿白,水冷面彈牙鐵板芝士排骨芝士拉絲,很多的排骨,韓式豬手傳統韓式豬手,咬口足,又有生菜。這可中和豬腳咸味,滿滿彈牙,骨膠原之快樂。韓國傳統主吃,有韓式風味。小食之美味韓式傳統石頭飯韓國紫菜包飯,流行的韓國料理,彈牙香口白米飯,和各種韓國材料,芽菜,泡菜,羅白和青瓜。放進飯中,整體風味和用料滿滿韓式風味的麻油香拌飯,五顏六色的繽紛。韓國料理,地道上之感。

土瓜灣嘅韓正屋 環境&價錢雖然平民但食物質素有驚喜🤤韓式無骨豬手🐷豬手最重要係層皮🤤 煮得夠軟腍又入味感覺又有滿滿膠原☺️夾埋泡菜、蒜頭、生菜一齊食完全唔覺得肥膩芝士排骨店員有好細心地叫我哋快啲襯熱食又示範咗點樣將啲芝士包住件排骨滿滿的拉絲芝士包住惹味排骨味道好夾 啖啖肉好滿足!炸粉絲卷冇諗過小食份量都有咁多件炸得酥脆又唔會好多油👍🏻魚糕串鍋🍲要品嚐到韓國風味除咗要食泡菜魚糕串都係好有風味真係好似喺韓國食咁嘅味道👅我個人好鍾意嘅韓式伴菠菜🥬呢度都做得好食😆
