今年到朋友新家拜年聚會,朋友帶我到附近的黃埔小廚食小炒,位置確實有點隱蔽,平時好少機會經過。有鑊氣小炒、海鮮、煲仔飯等多種菜式選擇,有些還要預訂。生炸爆乳鴿 $160外皮確實炸得無比香脆,不油膩,乳鴿肉仍保持到嫩滑有肉汁。芝麻雞 $200(半隻)這個要預訂,半隻份量都好似一隻。芝麻蒲在雞皮上炸是頭一次品嘗,雞皮好似薯片般脆口,加上芝麻又香,雞肉嫩滑,點芝麻醬又是另一個味道幾夾。三弄蝦球 又是大大碟,分別有甜酸、柚子及鹹蛋黃。全部炸皮做得好薄,甜酸的味道好似咕嚕肉,個糖皮好脆又乾身。柚子滑新開胃。鹹蛋黃是最香口惹味,蝦球是大大隻好彈牙。豉椒炒花甲 $118有蒜頭、青紅椒、薑片爆炒花甲好夠鑊氣,花甲無沙鮮味。
