To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日芫荽控出擊，一直都有留意,出左個（香茜皮蛋魚湯米線配脆肉鯇）同埋香茜青檸雪碧，今日終於是可以一試。（香茜皮蛋魚湯米線配脆肉鯇）加3蚊可以加芫荽山同埋加杯香茜青檸雪碧，（香茜皮蛋魚湯米線配脆肉鯇）外觀唔使點講，因為只會見到譚仔招牌碗加上成個面都係芫荽山，芫荽味香飄，飲啖湯，係飲曾相識，有啲似某牌子既火鍋湯底，湯味中冇茜味冇皮蛋味，加上芫荽同皮蛋都冇煮過既完整感，所以都合理，芫荽同皮蛋都冇咩特別，但魚片有經起，店員表示係脆肉鯇，但我覺得好唔簡單，因為口感出其地爽滑彈牙，有脆腩同熏蹄之間既口感，的確特別同大大加分，而香茜青檸雪碧，飲品中只有芫荽，唔見青檸，所以我認為係原裝青檸咪雪碧加打爛左既芫荽，味道唔排斥，可以再試。
