To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔米線出了新的皮蛋芫茜湯,作為芫茜愛好者不太肚餓也要去試下。今天點了個皮蛋芫茜雞肉米線另加芫茜山,蜀香豬肚絲,飲品點了杯凍檸蜜少冰和新出的特式凍香茜青檸雪碧。米線來到先試一口。湯底芫茜味十足,又不會太搶喉,配上皮蛋變得更好味,皮蛋芫茜果然是絕配。蜀香豬肚絲也製作得很好,香香辣辣的,非常開胃。只是新的飲品比較差,沒什麼芫茜味,而且青檸味也不夠,只得雪碧味,奇怪是外表很好看但味道不怎樣。新飲品是不太推薦 。
