To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六在港島區賣旗，自己選址去了中環企賣，中午時分完結後便到此吃個美味午餐。餐廳中掛上不少「實力標記」。地下還有一層，但我比較喜歡坐近門口位置，襯好天氣開揚一點感受陽光。店員亦十分友善，笑容掛臉令人感覺良好，而且還會細心介紹當天食物。晏晝除了lunch set外，還有All day set 11:30-22:00 ～配湯（是日蘑菇湯）/沙律（魚蓉沙律）、主菜、甜品和餐飲。我點選了《蘑菇湯》 - 夠熱而且香滑，加上少許細蔥和胡椒更提味。麵包是自家手打，外層有嚼感而內裡很鬆軟。Main course:《US Beef Stew with Red Wine Fettuccine $348》寬麵麵明顯自家製，爽口和彈牙度很好，只有自家手打才能做到這種口感。牛肉很入味軟腍，味道有甜再加上一點茄香，入口完全不費牙力去咀嚼，每下咀嚼都有肉汁，果然慢慢燜煮有心機。配料還有蘑菇片、甘筍粒和用來調味的香草，味道層次豐富。餐飲簡簡單單點了熱檸水，杯子還有Rare的trademark標誌呢～
