呢間花園街入面嘅奇趣餅家,門外總係堆滿食客.售賣嘅唐餅都係佢哋自家手工製,晌而家嘅香港真係愈來愈少見.紅豆燒餅係佢哋嘅招牌貨之一,另外仲有原味,不過我每次都只買有餡嘅.拎返去途中仍然暖暖哋,燒餅表面有啲白芝麻晌度,同埋有少少油份,應該係用嚟防止癡底.糯米皮煙韌軟熟,中間紅豆蓉餡均勻微甜,焗得非常香口.呢次仲買咗另一款傳統唐餅嚤囉酥,佢哋嘅出品外型有啲似皮蛋酥,又有啲似小餐包.同平時食嘅中式有餡酥餅唔太一樣,佢外皮嘅口感鬆化到好似菠蘿包嗰層脆皮咁,中間包住嘅椰蓉餡甜度啱啱好,食完都唔覺得膩.
