之前去買花, 經過一間酒吧有波睇, 就一於入去, 一邊食, 一邊睇波啦店長推介咗法國蠔, 48蚊隻, 蠔非常之鮮甜, 又富有海水嘅味道, 就算唔點任何醬汁來食, 都一樣好正! 最重要係佢嘅帶子位都同殼分開嘅, 可以食埋帶子, 佢嘅肉質值得一讚叫咗個煎日本帶子, 198蚊, 價錢一般, 但係質素絕對值回票價, 嘅帶子煎到半生熟, 肉厚而嫩, 配上黑松露, 香氣四溢另外叫咗個海鮮蜆肉扁意粉, 佢個presentation做得好靚, 將所有蜆放喺碟嘅邊緣, 中間就放滿咗意粉, 佢嘅蜆肉非常之大隻,咬落去非常之鮮甜, 一啲沙都冇另外扁意粉咬口煙韌夾雜著一啲蕃茄蓉, 口感豐富
