To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南豐原來過8點,得返個幾間開,趕及8點前來到 Fleur,菜名好有特色,全部以【Lover】壓尾。點了三個菜色,個個都有好多色,因為每個餸菜都充滿食用花,雖然花係冇乜味,但有咁多顏色點綴下,食野時亦份外清新。Seafood Lover 其實係好簡單的青口,不過不得不提是跟餐的多士,充滿唔同殼物的包,碎卜卜的上碟,加埋青口汁,冇得彈ar 😋Beef Lover 佢係5成熟上檯,好多肉汁,同Menu 上的圖片,係完全一樣。Fleur Lover 呢個佢話係澳洲的傳統食品,雖然話要20min 製作,不過都好快有得食,碟上除了大大的鬆餅,就是滿了不同顏色的花及鮮果。大滿足的一餐
