To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城德昌---假日中午至下晝, 長時間有條隊响門口, 真巴閉!  Honey話以前食過幾次都無咩特別, 所以一向我都無咩意慾要幫襯.  今日事有湊巧一行幾人傍晚六時就打算食晚飯, 有提議話想食清淡啲:  我無意見因為始終未去過, Honey唔表態即係'ok', LET'S GO, go go go~~~首先今晚係一個閒日的星期二晚上, 一去到, 無咩人, 全店得兩對情侶加我哋呢枱都任坐, 咁我o地就自動波坐一張corner枱因為阿B正在B車睡得香甜, 攝响埋邊我可以嘆番陣!  點知原來我哋犯咗德昌之大忌都仲未知!!!!!! 侍應黑口黑面問食咩, 唔係繁忙時間咁清閒, 微笑吓都咁難?! 同行之長輩未諗定佢就催三催四, 大佬呀, 又唔係繁忙時段你急咩呢?  又唔係阻你收鋪, 未有'耐'啦!  可能呢個係你哋style, 唔鍾意唔好幫趁, ok, 我哋犯賤...  搞掂柯打喇, 侍應就開始'捐嚟捐去'响B車前後左右攞筷子筒啲嘢呀, 放吓, 攞吓, 又收吓, 總之唔知搞咩係要左穿右插咁, 我已經將架車'泊'咗靠住佢响一個唔阻通道又我自以為算安全之單邊位, 咁間鋪數埋我哋呢枱至僅僅夠十個客,

搞掂柯打喇, 侍應就開始'捐嚟捐去'响B車前後左右攞筷子筒啲嘢呀, 放吓, 攞吓, 又收吓, 總之唔知搞咩係要左穿右插咁, 我已經將架車'泊'咗靠住佢响一個唔阻通道又我自以為算安全之單邊位, 咁間鋪數埋我哋呢枱至僅僅夠十個客, 你搞咩啫?  有咩攞非必要响我B車左左右右咁攪?  都算!!  我但求啲嘢快啲上食完就閃啦~

食物輪流送到喇, 我哋坐的圓枱已特登留一個好明顯的"出菜位"俾佢哋, 但侍應們好巧合地全部都唔用, 由頭頂過啦, 要Honey同我特登讓開啦, 點都好總之就刻意忽略個"出菜位"係都唔鍾意用呀!  吹咩?   可能呢啲係'職業病'我哋都忍你哋!  但係做咩又攪攪震阿B瞓咗係都要'揩'佢架車整呢整路有咩整?  我碗粉又未到!  等我剛才仲叫多個沙爹牛包添, 又未嚟... 真係想快啲出餐食完快啲走.....好後悔為食叫多個包.....

由始至終間鋪得嗰三枱客, 又係街坊生意嘅, 你話繁忙時間大家都明啫, 家陣係超級無客時間我入嚟幫趁你, 我真係唔知做食客仲有咩要體諒你?!!   又唔見你體諒我做人阿媽阿B瞓著我偷到時間拿臨想食個簡便的晚餐?!!  我平日見你排晒長龍你請我/食完派錢...我孭住阿B都無本事排入嚟啦!!!  我做客我做錯咩?  唔准開住架B車? 你都無客, 通融吓得唔得?  佢瞓咗我夾硬收車抱住佢整醒佢, 你又有咩得著?  門口你貼住不招待嬰兒車同輪椅都收起至准入, 但當你打開門做生意, 得小貓3/4隻你又想做我嗰張單, 咪彈性處理囉 ---以上都係我個心不斷諗, 無發作之心底話~

最搞笑係同枱一位長輩終於忍唔住佢有出菜位係都要响頭頂傳菜, 好夠勇單人匹馬坐過隔離枱食, 侍應甲問做咩?  佢話: [張枱好迫, 費事阻你哋啦, 分單啦]... 隔離對情侶客都笑咗出嚟.

我快快食緊之際, Honey突然開腔: 你哋有咩問題?  食碗粉攪咁多嘢?  又無客, 等人安樂食個飯得唔得?  侍應甲/乙好齊心地話: [架bb車阻住, 日頭直情唔准開車要收起, 包括輪椅客都係咁話!!!!  出面貼咗紙喎!]  咁我Honey就話: [如果係要收車, 我哋入嚟你唔講?  落晒order你就整色整水, 得三枱客, 玩咩啫?  你爆場我唔合作咩?] 
 侍應某就粗聲粗氣話: [總之架車阻住]跟住即刻行開咗...終於有一個侍應出嚟打完場話可能侍應某心情唔好喎...呢一刻我Honey見個個都食晒嘢(除咗我個包就食完/但碗粉食得幾啖) 即刻起身埋單!  唔係呀?  我碗嘢食咗兩啖, 要俾錢o架!  佢就話: [豪俾佢啦, 咁樣對客, 啲食物又麻麻嘥quota啦... 我哋出去再食過]...好, 既然係咁, 走啦!

食物方面, 我個墨丸河, 丸唔彈無特別、 湯唔香無特別、粉太散/碎, 唔欣賞!  我個人比較喜歡夾得起, 好似食腸粉...我都唔鍾意食皮薄透晒餡那種;  (如果在九龍城, 墨丸河黃明記的好吃得多) 沙爹牛包, $16個, 牛肉唔香、 包無特別, (要食沙爹牛包在九龍城去順興好過)... 

呢區好多做街坊客招呼好好的店舖例如江南美廚、海裕、鐵板站、台灣牛肉麵、羊鞍、方榮記...甚至於晚市好忙嘅路邊雞都好招呼過你!!! 好去唔去入咗嚟, 真係自作自受...(remarks:  用咁多時間打咁多字係因為我想大家睇到...做人唔駛咁絕, 開講有話: 規舉就死嘅, 人就生嘅! )

點都好, 做街坊生意的鋪頭做到咁無人情味...希望你哋對客人俾番一分專重因為話晒你打開門做生意係求財唔係求氣, 你碗粉有幾好食?  當中有幾多人係羊群心理見到排隊以為好得?!  正所謂"花無百日紅"---互勉之!
