第一次來到尖東站附近的意大利fine dining餐廳Diletto。餐廳位於一樓,佈置相當精緻用心,以花作主題,配合時令聖誕裝飾,頓時勾起我們的少女心。抬頭一看,連燈罩也鋪滿絢爛花朵。我們二人被安排坐四人桌,更寬敞。甫坐下侍應便問我們要still water還是sparkling water,提提大家每支水要$78。先來一客餐包,配意大利黑醋及橄欖油。連放餐包及調味料的器皿亦特別漂亮。Alaska Crab with Tagliolini $318本來點了Lobster Tail Risotto,但侍應下錯單,幸好朋友也喜歡吃蟹。擺盤美侖美奐,以紫羅蘭食用花裝飾,配以橙紅蟹子、翠綠蘆荀及鮮紅車厘茄,色彩繽紛。阿拉斯加蟹肉味道頗鮮美,有大大條蟹腳;意粉口感al dente,以橄欖油及香草調味,味道偏清淡。Grouper fillet $288賣相同樣精美,兩大片金黃色石斑,伴以嫩綠翠玉瓜粒、新鮮車厘茄、嬌豔食用花及香草醬,色彩及味道豐富。麵包糠般的crispy root裹著嫩滑魚肉,香口而不油膩,與香草醬很配。Baileys tiramisu $88來到最期待的甜品時間,這客tiram
