早前睇報紙廣告被呢間新開"大笪地火鍋"既花膠雞鍋所吸引, 預先book位相約朋友今晚前來一試, 估唔到去到都幾多人, Book左檯都要等位。等左半個鐘左右終於有位。急不及待點餐, 除左主打既花膠雞鍋湯底外, 呢度更有超過十款湯底選擇。至於醬油方面, 每位醬油費HK$10,客人可以自由混醬【花膠雞鍋】HK$218/配半隻雞店員先幫我地將隻雞剪開, 方便我地食用, 再將花膠全倒入湯底中...稍為滾一滾就食得, 湯底濃郁鮮甜, 花膠略帶點膠質, 索左湯底既湯, 味道唔錯! 打邊爐都不忘養顏~【手切安格斯牛肉】HK$158牛肉以冰墊底, 保持鮮既肉質, 半碟牛肉既脂肪分佈較為平均, 另外半碟沒太多脂肪紋理, 口感鮮嫩, 但牛味唔太突出【炸響鈴】HK$45唔係即叫即炸果種, 似係超市買一盒返黎拆開咁既質素, 冇咩豆香味, 但用以索個湯底精華係唔錯既~【手打鮮蝦丸】HK$68/半打大大粒, 口感比較實, 沒有彈牙感, 帶點微甜【白鱔片】HK$98薄切鱔片, 熟左之後, 肉質較林整體黎講, 雖然火鍋配料質素一段, 但湯底的確唔錯!! 搶返唔少分數~
