今日嚟到登龍街呢一間舖頭食花膠雞門面幾企理,中午時段入邊都幾多人上網睇見到最出名係花膠雞湯翅,即刻叫個試吓;朋友就叫咗藥膳醉雞($76)藥膳湯米線同埋醉雞分開,份量都唔錯OK,不過藥膳味就唔係太濃,同埋雞有少少韌花膠雞湯翅跟米粉($94),湯底有好香嘅雞油,花膠都幾大塊,而且煮得夠腍入味,都有幾舊雞,但都有個毛病就係啲肉韌咗少少,另外唔係太見到有翅唔係好夠喉,就叫多個雲腿浸娃娃菜($58),同埋涼拌萵筍($40),呢兩個菜都幾唔錯,即刻健康晒😂
