To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工係the one 做完gym, 咁就順便係尖沙咀食埋野先返屋企啦，做完運動又唔好食太飽wor, 於是就選擇左去譚仔啦！上到去見到個餐牌花膠雞美線，重要係兩周限定，重要係每日售完即止，咁就當然係要試下啦！等左一陣起菜啦！第一眼就覺得點解同張相咁大分別呀！完全托唔起d餸，唔見晒。哎，唔緊要啦，好味就得啦，個湯就真係雞湯黎呀！有雞味，而花膠都數個有3舊，食落去係有口感，雞肉都係雞脾肉黎呀，係同張相內容無分別，整體感覺係幾特別，因為從來未係譚仔飲過雞湯，而配料都非常認真，食完都好滿意，希望佢地未來可以再增加多d新款式啦。
