To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本想試廚師推介的,可惜太早未有,比目魚皮煎得香脆,魚肉很香甜;這間餐廳出名的是所有食物均有花草作伴碟,所以除了不少沙律菜,還有魚子、粟米、小藍花作陪襯,賣相很漂亮

惟一午餐價錢平均由二百多元至三百元多,如果再加前菜、特別口味餐湯、特飲,午餐來說就相當昂貴,當然明白質素高,價錢一定相對較高,所以我們Staycation好好享受就不會介意。


餐廳用心裝修,打卡一流,如果想慢慢拍照,建議早少少到,即使平日到,也要訂枱,因為很快滿座;雖然比較忙,職員服務也很週到。
