最近真係好多新餐廳開張,對於香港人來講一定係一件好事,不過對我來講,如果係開日式餐廳就更加開心啦。上星期嚟咗位於銅鑼灣嘅花見日本料理,啲裝修超有日本feel ,而且個老闆娘都好有日本人感覺。刺身拼盤上枱,呢度啲刺身都非常新鮮,我最鍾意食拖羅刺身,魚油勁香勁吸引,仲有帶子刺身同埋赤背刺身,既鮮甜又彈牙,赤貝好爽口!香炸雞爪雞爪真係第一次食,估唔到呢一個部位都可以拎去炸,不過又幾好食,餐廳炸得非常香脆,而且炸漿調味啱啱好,咬落脆脆的,有少少似食緊雞軟骨。特色天掃羅呢度有好多食物都係餐廳廚師自己研發出嚟,就好似呢一碟天婦羅,師傅用青椒包住魚肉,再拎去炸,幾香脆又美味!蝦丸湯呢碗蝦丸湯一定要推介!蝦丸係餐廳自己用新鮮蝦搓出嚟,再配上日式清湯,感覺幾清新又可口,鮮蝦味非常香濃。最後我哋叫咗啲飲品,分別係抹茶雪糕沙冰同埋士多啤梨雪糕沙冰,賣相吸引,推介抹茶雪糕沙冰,因為抹茶雪糕夠哂軟滑,抹茶味香!
