To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 此屋苑已經超過20年沒有開設這類型的西餐廳了,早兩天試了午餐及晚餐,有很多地方都需要改善,就環境方面,不知道是否老牌屋苑的關係,冷氣縂是不足夠的,午餐種類少選擇,只有飯和麵食,沒有扒類之選擇,晚餐方面試了兩款扒類,一款是斧頭扒,另一款是安格斯牛扒,價錢方面雖然很吸引但是質量方面就一般,先講一講斧頭扒,扒是即叫即煎的,斧頭扒煎出嚟比較乾身冇肉汁,牛扒我叫七成熟,煎出嚟過熟,而兩款扒的配菜全部都是凍的很難食!最後講到衛生的問題,當服務員用毛巾把枱清潔完后,就有一陣很臭的氣味從枱上傳上嚟,好明顯就係塊毛巾沒有清洗而再用,希望日後有所改善!
