Set lunch(頭盤,主菜和甜品)HKD 250,另收加一Duck and Waffle 是英國的過江龍,招牌菜Duck and Waffle, 半塊華夫餅盛著油封鴨腿和半生熟的煎鴨蛋,配上芥末楓糖醬,看似又鹹又甜,可味道卻出奇地夾,令人難忘,再次到訪嘗試餐廳的其他菜式,特別推薦Foie Gras Creme Brulee,脆脆的焦糖下是香濃幼滑的鵝肝醬,混合兩者,厚厚地抹一層在麵包上,齒頰留香;另外,Roasted Fillet of Sea Bass和Maple Glazed Granny Smith Apple Waffle也值得推薦,華夫餅的暖中和雪糕的涼;蘋果的酸中和楓糖漿的糖,讓甜點的口感更豐富,更上一層樓~
