To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣熱熱地, 叫了一碗涼伴麵不是第一次到大家食, 所以對環境服務心裏有數十多元一碗麵, 對環境及服務當然不能有太多要求先講番碗麵:不知涼伴麵是求否有過冷河, 覺得麵質比熱食更彈牙, 而夠涷, 唔喺攤涷那種配料有青瓜絲, 蕃茄絲及芝麻秘制醬汁則好似茄汁-----仲要係地門那種所以好似食緊茄汁撈麵如果佢用麻醬會好d下次都係食番熱的好
