To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茄汁DISHES好好味

食過幾次, 好想推介吓呢度有個dish叫蛇仔粉, 係用麵粉搓好後, 捽成一條條的, 個樣粗幼不一. 每次去luca我都會order. 用龍蝦汁煮, 配料隨你喜歡, 好鮮味.另一個dish係risotto意大利飯. 出面好多餐廳, 為咗配合香港人口味, 將d米煮到好soft, 根本就唔係risotto. 真正risotto係中間仲係硬硬哋, 咁先會有口感. 通常我會request要 seafood risotto with cream & tomato sauce, 帶少少酸甜, 好開胃, 好味道. 真係百吃不厭. 其實menu入面好似有一個cream & mushroom risotto, 不過我好少食, 因為係白汁, 不是我杯茶, 但相信都好好味, 因為都有好多客order.仲有, 呢度嘅caesar salad又係正嘢, 你會食得出個dressing係唔同出面嘅, 因為係個chef自己調製的.雖然話地方有d偏遠, 但為咗食好嘢, 無法啦 ! 唔揸車其實都好方便, 撘kcr去到大埔墟, 轉綠van去大尾篤, 响龍尾村站落就係, 都ok方便. 大家不妨一試.
